I’m a passionate advocate for housing services with a strong background in nonprofit leadership. I hold a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Nonprofit Management from Capella University. My work focuses on developing and implementing programs that address housing instability, particularly through services to families and fostering community collaboration. I am committed to advancing statewide initiatives that improve housing and service offerings in both rural and urban areas. My dedication extends beyond housing, as I strive to empower families and drive system change across multiple sectors. My leadership roles reflect my deep commitment to social justice, community empowerment, and fostering sustainable solutions.

Why do you feel you would make a valuable addition to the MCN board?

I feel I would make a valuable addition to the MCN board because of my deep-rooted passion for social justice and my extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, particularly in housing services and human services. Throughout my career, I’ve gained a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities in addressing housing instability across diverse communities. My work has been centered on creating innovative, sustainable solutions and fostering meaningful collaboration across sectors, with a particular focus on supporting families. I’m committed to bringing these experiences, along with my strategic thinking and dedication to inclusivity, to the MCN board. I believe my insights can help advance the board’s mission and contribute to the growth and impact of the nonprofit community in Minnesota. Serving on the MCN board would allow me to continue my commitment to empowering communities and driving positive change.
